Michael Jackson was "fairly healthy" and did not suffer from any serious pre-existing conditions that would have increased his risk of a drug overdose, according to new autopsy report findings.
The King of Pop passed away on June 25 after suffering a cardiac arrest. The Los Angeles County Coroner ruled in August the star was killed by a cocktail of strong prescription drugs.
Investigators claim Jackson died when an injection of powerful anesthetic Propofol was mixed with another sedative.
Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, is currently being investigated by police over allegations he administered the fatal dose to help the star sleep the night before he died.
